These are a few of my favorite things...

Updated: May 8

After speaking to a friend who was recently diagnosed with cancer, I realized that one thing we all have in common is that we feel very overwhelmed when we are first diagnosed, and we don't know where to start researching how to fight cancer...

The list below includes my favorite anti-cancer fighting techniques. Below, you will see links to the research followed by more information. I am constantly researching and adding things to my diet and/or wellness plan.

If I find information on something new that I've tried, I will add it in the blog comments. If you have a tip or wellness technique you would like to share, please feel free to also leave this information in the blog comments. We are stronger and wiser together!

***It is important to note that I do not endorse and receive any compensation from any of the organizations or companies below. This list is purely a list of things that have worked for me, and I'm hoping that this list will help you.
